Payment Methods
Payments can be made through our secure store. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept Paypal, personal checks and money orders. Money orders and check orders will ship after clearing our bank (usually 3 days after deposit). More info in our store...
Handling Charges, Fees, "Free Shipping"
Unlike many large online speed part stores we DO NOT charge a handling charge. The price you see at checkout is your price. We do our best to offer competitive prices and quick shipping utilizing UPS as our primary carrier. When you check out you will be able to calculate your final shipping charge for the order before beginning to process your order.
We have compared our pricing to other sites that offer "free shipping" and "low prices" and have found that our final price including shipping is often lower than most of these smaller retailers and in many cases we are lower than the larger online speed parts stores offering "free shipping".
By charging for shipping you can see what you're paying for without having the cost built in to the product price or hidden in special handling or packing charges. We have a few items that include shipping in the final price but you can be assured that this is done because it benefits you as our customer and represents a true value.
Before buying elsewhere look at the additional fees and the final order price, we compare very favorably.
Customer Service/Special Pricing/Rebates/Package Deals
We care about customer service and work to communicate and provide assistance if needed on all purchases. We are working diligently to update and add products as quickly as possible as our inventory increases.
All of our product descriptions include important technical advice and product specifics. We also will be adding installation instructions to products when appropriate. We will always include links to manufacturers rebates when advertised in the product description. Look for information that indicates the product shipping availability and product application in every part description. Products are linked to related accessories to make your shopping experience easier. We even make the effort to provide large and clear pictures of the product with pertinent information in the graphic so that you can make a quick evaluation.
We are not a large company with unlimited resources, but we are experienced automotive enthusiasts. Our experiences have dictated how we have presented our products to make purchasing the parts you need easier and enjoyable. It is a VERY time consuming process to provide this amount of detail in our product descriptions. Please ask us if you need a part you don't see in the store, we are probably in the process of adding it, if we don't carry the part we will refer you to a reliable source.
If you wish to sign up for our mailing list we will let you know when specials and rebates are available. Mailing list enrollment can be done in our store.
Price Matching Policy
We currently have a price matching policy on K&N products and Autometer gauges. If you see a lower price advertised elsewhere send us the information and we will match the price (does not include EBay or auction sites). We are a reputable and authorized distributor of all the products we sell, all parts are new and carry manufacturers warranties unless specifically described as otherwise.

We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers.
