Shipping Policies
Our primary carrier for shipping is UPS. Items may include FREE SHIPPING and will be noted in our store. We pride ourselves on shipping quickly and communicating often. Please let us know how we are doing, your feedback is welcome.

- All orders ship within 24 hours of placement if inventory is available. Back order notification with estimated ship date will be given within same time frame if necessary. We work to minimize all back order situations but occasionally it does happen.
- Orders placed after 2PM will ship next day.
- Our primary shipping method is UPS. We may use Fedex or USPS priority to meet shipping requirements.
- Tracking numbers will be provided to valid email adresses.
- If you have a shipping account number that you would prefer to use to pay shipping costs you will need to call or email your order in so that we may accomodate your request.
- Overnight shipping is available at an extra charge.
- Orders over 200.00 require signature.
- Our Store requires contact information that will be verified with your order. Please provide accurate information and phone numbers so that we can contact you regarding your shipment if necessary.
- Special orders and rush deliveries welcome. We will work with you to meet your expectations.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box UNINSTALLED in NEW condition prepaid within 14 days with a copy of the invoice for a refund/exchange. When making a return, please provide the following information so it can be processed as quickly as possible.
NO returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
Include information with the invoice for the reason for the return.

No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only. No refunds on shipping charges.
